Frequently asked questions
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Do you offer student or non-profit discounts?
Students and registered non-profits can ask about a 50% discount on the Pro plan.
What happens if I cancel?
Your access continues until the end of the billing period. After that, your sites revert to the Hobby plan — they won't break, but premium features will be disabled.
Is there a refund policy?
30-day no-questions-asked refund on all paid plans. After 30 days, we handle refunds case-by-case.
Do you offer custom theme development?
The Team plan includes up to 4 hours/month of custom theme work. Larger engagements are quoted separately. We also accept consulting retainers for ongoing work.
How is this different from NES.css?
NES.css uses classes such as class="nes-btn is-primary". dotmatrix.css styles semantic HTML directly, so the markup stays smaller.
